Dubai: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) has completely turned off the e-Dirham system for collecting service fees. The current system is replaced with a direct payment system that uses UAE-approved payment methods and is in line with the systems of the Ministry of Finance. With the help of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, the transition from the e-Dirham system to the direct payment system was completed in September. The model is to merge with the planning and operation of power generation at DEWA. Abu Dhabi: In line with the earlier announcements made by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)  over the last few weeks, the Authority has confirmed that it will launch the EmaraTax platform on 5th December 2022. Data migration to EmaraTax will begin at the End of the Day, on 30th November, with the service made available for the public from the 5th of December.
