Dubai: Due to the unusual weather in the nation, Dubai International (DXB) has issued a travel advisory urging travelers not to visit the airport unless required.
Dubai Airports said in a statement that flights are still being rescheduled and delayed. It is suggested that travelers get in touch with their airlines to find out the most recent flight status information.
Passengers can rest easy knowing that Dubai Airports is making every effort to resume operations as soon as possible despite extremely difficult circumstances.
On the same note, due to operational difficulties brought on by unfavorable weather and road conditions, Emirates Airlines has decided to halt travel procedures for customers leaving Dubai beginning on Wednesday, April 17, at 8:00 am and ending at midnight on April 18.
Emirates Airlines said that the protocols for travelers and those landing in Dubai will not change.
In a separate statement, officials revealed that some Etihad Airways flights may be delayed on April 17 due to unfavorable weather, which includes heavy rainfall in the Abu Dhabi (AUH), carrier stated in a statement today.
“Guests are advised to regularly check etihad.com for the latest information about their flight departure and allow plenty of time to travel to the airport,” added the statement.
There are delays or disruptions in various Emirates flights to and from DXB due to unfavorable weather conditions, as per the information released by the firm on its official X account.
According to a flydubai representative, the extreme weather that hit the UAE severely disrupted the airline’s operations at Dubai International (DXB). Numerous flydubai flights have been canceled or have had significant delays as a result.
