Ajman: In March 2024, Ajman real estate transactions reported a substantial increase in real estate activity, reaching AED 1.46 billion, a 49.9% rise from the previous year’s AED 1.03 billion. A total of 1,169 transactions were recorded during this period.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, noted that the highest sales value was achieved in the Al Helio 1 area, totaling AED 72 million. He emphasized the robust growth of the real estate sector in Ajman, attributing it to the emirate’s ability to attract investors by meeting their varied needs and providing a favorable investment climate.
The month also saw 168 mortgage transactions, amounting to over AED 280 million. The Al Rawda 1 area recorded the highest single mortgage value at AED 20.9 million. The most active neighborhoods in terms of transactions were Al Yasmeen, followed by Al Helio 2 and Al Zahia. Among major projects, Ajman One led in transactions, outperforming Emirates City Ajman and City Towers Ajman.
