Dubai: With the 6th Phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park (MBR Solar Park) all set to kick start, state-owned utility service provider, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has hired a group of businesses, led by Ernst & Young (EY Consulting), to provide consulting services.
