Dubai: Emirati sailor Mr. Issa Muhammad Al Falasi, 63, has received honors from Dubai Police for his heroic rescue of eight fishermen and the recovery of two bodies following a boat capsizing during a fishing trip. Major General Ahmed Mohammed Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Affairs, presented the recognition upon the directives from Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.
