Sharjah: The 19th edition of the SteelFab exhibition will bring together over 275 exhibitors from 35 countries. It is the biggest event of its kind across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Dubai: Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has awarded a contract for the ‘Improvement of the Umm Suqeim Street Project. The initiative is in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to improve the infrastructure of the road network to match Dubai’s sustained growth. Abu Dhabi: Environment Agency- Abu Dhabi (EAD) has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pure Health. The memorandum aims to conduct specialized studies and Research programs. The collaboration that intends to explore the effect of environmental impacts on public health came up after the recent conclusions of COP 28. The memorandum makes the cooperation of both parties mandatory. The collaboration aims to prepare studies exploring the interconnection between the environment and public health in Abu Dhabi. Dubai: Early childhood centers in Dubai have become the choice of more parents to mark a start to their child’s education. The statistics released by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) provide evidence for the increasing enrollment. The infographic data shows a 15 percent increase in the number of children enrolled. Dubai private schools reported a 12 percent increase earlier this academic year. Nearly 250 centers, including the 27 opened within the past 12 months, cater to 23,500 children. The number shows an addition of 3000 children to the enrolment previous year.
