Abu Dhabi: President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has marked a pivotal development in governance. These federal decrees encompass key appointments within the Presidential Court and the inauguration of a new office to bolster the nation’s strategic affairs.
In a move that underscores the nation’s commitment to leadership and development, Her Highness Sheikha Mariam bint Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has been appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Presidential Court for National Projects, carrying the rank of Minister in her new role. Similarly, His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has been named Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court, focusing on Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, also with the ministerial rank.
A significant addition to the Presidential Court is the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs. His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Ali Al Mazrouei will head this new office as Chairman, a position complemented by the ministerial rank and his existing responsibilities, underscoring the UAE’s focus on strategic planning and decision-making at the highest level.
Further appointments include His Excellency Humaid Saeed Amer Hamad Al Neyadi, designated as Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Presidential Court, and His Excellency Sultan Dahi Sultan Al Hameeri, along with His Excellency Rashid Saeed Salem Al Ameri, both of whom have been appointed as Advisors at the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs. All appointees have been awarded the rank of Minister, reflecting the significance of their positions within the Presidential Court.
These decrees highlight the UAE’s ongoing efforts to enhance its governance framework and strategic capabilities, positioning the nation for continued growth and development on both a regional and global stage.
