Dubai: The latest data revealed by Dubai Mall shows that the mall had a record 105 million visitors in 2023, a jump of almost 19 percent over the 88 million visitors in the previous year.
Data also revealed that in just the first two months of this year, 20 million people visited the mall, with 2024 predicted to be yet another record year.

The updated statistics also demonstrate how the mall has grown to be a global attraction, drawing tourists from all over the world.
“This wide range of nationalities not only underscored the mall’s worldwide charm but also reflected the cosmopolitan culture of Dubai itself,” Alabbar added.
The mall’s foot traffic during important holidays and international celebrations in 2023 and early 2024 was significantly influenced by its events and promotions. The mall’s capacity to attract and engage large people was further shown by notable events like the highly regarded 3 Day Super Sale, the Dubai Food Festival, and the Dubai Shopping Festival.The mall’s online presence has grown dramatically; as of right now, it has 1.3 million Instagram followers.
The mall’s average customer satisfaction score was 4.6, which is indicative of thousands of satisfied patrons.
