Sharjah: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) will host the “Economic Sustainability Forum 2023,” an event organized in collaboration with the Sharjah Police.
This event aims to enhance the quality of security services within diverse economic, industrial, and commercial sectors, bringing them in line with the highest international standards.
The forum will take place on October 5, 2023. It seeks to boost security and sustainability and foster economic growth in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The announcement took place at a coordination meeting held at the SCCI headquarters. Present at the meeting were Mr. Amjad Awad Al Karim, Head of the Working Groups at SCCI, and Mr. Mohammed Al Khayyal, Senior Public Relations and Protocol Executive at the Sharjah Chamber.
Several officers from the Sharjah Police and a few other officials from the chamber were also in attendance. At the meeting, attendees talked about the forum’s agenda and the ongoing preparations for it. Major Humaid Khalfan Al Kindi highlighted Sharjah Police’s dedication to enhancing security as a key part of its strategic plans.
Major emphasized that achieving economic prosperity and a better quality of life hinges on establishing a safe and stable society, which requires visionary police management.
The SCCI emphasized that in their strategic partnership with the Sharjah Police, both entities are fully committed to collaborating and driving Sharjah’s economic growth.
The forum will play a crucial role as a meeting place for public organizations in the emirate to enhance economic growth and sustainability, benefiting not only Sharjah but the entire UAE.
Furthermore, the SCCI underscored that the coordination meeting served as a crucial platform for discussing the ongoing preparations for the Economic Sustainability Forum 2023. It offered an opportunity to tackle essential issues aimed at ensuring the forum’s success and its alignment with strategic objectives, with a particular focus on enhancing the security of economic entities.
