Dubai: The largest-ever edition of Gulfood, the premier event for the global food and beverage (F&B) community, has been officially opened to 150,000 attendees from 190 countries at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The most anticipated world’s largest annual food and beverage sourcing event is expected to have a lasting impact on the F&B industry with over 100 renowned international chefs with 25 Michelin stars between them, an exhibition floor spanning 24 event halls packed with displays of cutting-edge products, solutions by a record 5,500+ exhibitors, and interactive features like Top Table and Dubai World Cuisine. Around $12 billion in international trade deals are on the table.
At the Inspire conference, attendees will also get insights from prominent policymakers and international industry professionals. The opening keynote presentation on the first day of the conference will be delivered by Dr. Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak Al Shamsi, the UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment.
More than 200 prominent people from the global food and beverage sector, including entrepreneurs, policymakers, industry leaders, food futurists, and culinary experts, will be leading a series of lively and captivating keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, showcases, and workshops at this year’s Gulfood Inspire Conference.
A highlight of this year’s Gulfood Inspire Conference, over 60 of the world’s most influential food futurists will come together for the first time to share priceless insights on the technological, cultural, demographic, and lifestyle trends (including personal AI) that are influencing food in the future.
Visitors will get the opportunity to get up close and personal with the celebrity chefs in interactive workshops at Top Table, which is scheduled to take place at Dubai World Trade Center from February 19 to 23, 2024.
