Sharjah: The Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) has made decisions to benefit citizens, enhance social stability, and improve the living conditions of Sharjah residents. The meeting was chaired by
Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, held in the Crown Prince’s office.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council, and Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council.
The council approved the development and organization project for the Al Badayer area which is known for its natural, environmental, and tourism characteristics, in line with the directives of Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
The project includes the implementation of a range of tourist, service, and recreational facilities that enable visitors to enjoy the distinctive features of Al Badayer. It will include a range of interesting activities and desert sports appropriate for all age groups. The project will also help to improve the Al Badayer area’s economic climate and create additional chances for growth in the future that will correspond with the growing number of tourists and visitors.
A mosque, parking lots, food truck spots, tractor spots, public parks, platforms, and camping areas for families and non-families are just a few of the amenities that will be part of the project.
In addition, the Department of Suburban Affairs updated the council on its strategies to accomplish its designated objectives. In collaboration with strategic partners, these plans were created based on the vision of the Ruler of Sharjah and his instructions to improve family stability, social cohesion, and the requirements of those living in the suburbs of Sharjah’s cities and regions.
