Abu Dhabi: Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group and the UAE-based Pharmatrade have opened Pharmatrade’s Abu Dhabi Logistics Centre.
The business intends to increase the storage and delivery of its range of pharmaceutical and medical device items through this new logistics center to better serve the UAE’s healthcare industry.
“Efficient and congestion-free access to Khalifa Port and Abu Dhabi International Airport allows companies within our Pharmaceutical ecosystem to cost-effectively source their raw materials and supplies from international markets,” Al Ahmed added.
Pharmatrade invested in a new logistics center in KEZAD as a result of its business growth over the previous 13 years, which began with the inauguration of its Logistics Center in Dubai Investment Park 1.
Pharmatrade’s Logistics Centre is located in KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 5, a collection of temperature-controlled, Grade A industrial warehouses with contemporary standards that provide a variety of designs to fulfill customer demands and increase logistics efficiency.
The firm is investing continuously to make sure that pharmaceutical and medical device goods are available to all patients in the UAE and to prevent shortages of the life-saving or non-life-saving pharmaceuticals that it represents.
Pharmatrade is a partnership between Hussain Al Nowais and Konstantinos Petridis, established in 1977. It is one of the top distribution firms in the United Arab Emirates, offering a wide variety of pharmaceutical and medical items from more than thirty international healthcare companies.
