Abu Dhabi: PureHealth has launched the Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) in collaboration with the General Women’s Union (GWU), under the patronage of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, also known as the Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the GWU, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF).
Emirati women are the target audience for EWC, a mentorship and upskilling program that supports them as they pursue career and personal development in a variety of fields.
Launched under the auspices of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the “Mother of the Nation,” Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), the initiative comes after PureHealth’s Remarkable Emirati Women forum, which honored the accomplishments of Emirati trailblazers and underscored the significance of developing the next generation of female leaders.
The Emirati Women’s Chapter was established with the specific goal of promoting Emirati women’s growth in all spheres of society. This goal is in line with PureHealth’s dedication to supporting the Emiratization agenda of the UAE. 28 Emirati women will have the chance to engage with mentors to accomplish their goals as part of the EWC’s first pilot program, advancing societal and economic progress in the UAE.
All participants will receive priceless coaching and assistance over the course of the program. Participants will have the opportunity to become mentors themselves after completing the program, actively helping to create future success stories and giving back to other Emirati women.
HE Noura Al Suwaidi, Secretary General of the General Women’s Union, said that, “Thanks to the support, care, and encouragement of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), we have come a long way in female empowerment in the UAE. The launch of the Emirati Women’s Chapter is a major milestone in this journey, and we appreciate the efforts of PureHealth in empowering Emirati women and enhancing their roles in the society.”
With a strong emphasis on empowering Emirati women, PureHealth has been making outstanding progress toward the country’s goals, which is in line with the aspirational Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030.
