Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has officially opened Iskan Abu Dhabi. This new housing centre serves as a comprehensive “one-stop shop” where citizens can access all housing services conveniently located at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
During the inauguration, Sheikh Khaled took a tour of the facility and examined the various housing services available. These services encompass housing grants, housing loans, exemptions from loans, exchange services, and opportunities for purchasing plots of land.

Abu Dhabi’s leadership is committed to launching initiatives that enhance quality of life, ensure families’ stability, and strengthen community cohesion by providing citizens with high-quality homes in connected communities across Abu Dhabi. Iskan Abu Dhabi streamlines the housing journey, enabling citizens to access housing benefits that meet their needs in the most user-friendly and comprehensive way, from a single location.
Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the DMT and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, commented.
The introduction of Iskan Abu Dhabi aligns with the recently updated housing benefits policy that aims to support low-income citizens. The policy includes increased housing loans, grants for ready-built homes at no cost, flexible monthly installment payment options regardless of loan approval date, as well as exemptions for senior citizens from repaying their housing loans.

Sheikh Khaled was accompanied by Mr. Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Mr. Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and Mr. Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
Iskan Abu Dhabi’s services are also complemented through the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s digital app, which initially allows users in the first phase, with pre-approved applications, to complete their housing journey.
