The wait is over! The most renowned wax museum Madame Tussauds will officially welcome the world to its first-ever GCC location in Dubai next month.
Promising a unique and interactive experience like no other in the region, the museum will open its doors to the public on October 14 in Bluewaters Island, next to the observation wheel Ain Dubai. It will be open to guests seven days a week.
The Dubai location is the 25th installation of Madame Tussauds globally after opening a number of museums in places like Hollywood, New York City, London, Sydney, Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Tokyo and many more.

While the official opening is on October 14th, to celebrate this exclusive launch a limited number of tickets will be available on October 8th and 9th where the visitors can get a sneak peek of the world attraction. Those who wish to get their hand on the special preview tickets can now book them online through the official website. The tickets are priced at $37 for adults, $29 for children and those under the age of 3 can visit without any charge.
The Dubai edition of the museum offers the tourists and residents with seven specially-designed themed rooms and a wax figure library. The line-up of famous faces at Madame Tussauds Dubai includes Connor McGregor, Kylie Jenner, Queen Elizabeth II, Justin Bieber, Cara Delevingne, Victoria Beckham, Audrey Hepburn, Lewis Hamilton and many more. The museum will present 60 celebrities from around the world, including 16 new figures from the Middle East such as Emirati singer Ms. Balqees Fathi and Palestinian singer Mr. Mohammed Assaf.

Madame Tussauds was first opened in 1835 in London. Each figure at the museum is still created using the same techniques which were used by Ms. Marie Tussaud, the founder of Madame Tussauds. The life-like wax statutes at the museum takes the effort of 20 skilled artists for around 12 weeks to complete.
