Dubai: Ducab Group, one of the biggest end-to-end energy solutions providers and manufacturing firms in the Emirate, has unveiled plans to form its own Youth Council to boost a thriving and inclusive community and actively engage young employees in the company’s decision-making processes.
The new Council aims to boost the Group’s young Emirati team members’ growth and development to become future leaders in their respective fields.

Ducab’s vision is for the Youth Council to act as a driving force for positive change, empowering and advocating for the aspirations, growth, and wellbeing of the company’s talented young team members. This critical step is in alignment with the UAE Government’s strategic directions to empower young people and facilitate their role in public life, the community, and in businesses across various sectors.
Ms. Mona Fekri, Chief Human Capital Officer at Ducab, stated
“The establishment of the Ducab Youth Council serves to optimize the way we invest the energies and talents of our young employees,” Ms. Fekri further added.
The Council has introduced a set of new objectives, including empowerment, professional development through skill-building programs, and innovative initiatives. The objectives also encompass health and support activities that aim to enhance the youth’s well-being through health, sports, and leisure, fostering a healthy lifestyle.
Additionally, the Council will serve as a bridge to close communication gaps between young employees and senior management. It will strive to cultivate a positive workplace culture, fostering motivation and support for employees to reach their highest potential. The Council seeks to create a positive influence on Ducab’s overall performance by nurturing and harnessing the potential of its young workforce.
