Abu Dhabi: The second Cyber Pulse Initiative for Women and Family was launched at an event held at the General Women’s Union headquarters in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Council and the Khalifa Empowerment Program, Aqdar, under the auspices of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, and Mother of the Nation.
A dialogue session titled “Artificial Intelligence in the Digital Space” will be arranged as part of the activities. Notable attendees will include Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti, Chairman of the UAE Government’s Cybersecurity Council; His Excellency Counselor Dr. Ibrahim Al Dabal, CEO of the Khalifa Empowerment Program; and Engineer Ghalia Al Mannai, Chairman of the General Women’s Union’s Affairs Committee.
In order to prepare female candidates for the Cyber Pulse Initiative for Women and Family, which employs the most recent worldwide cybersecurity techniques, these candidates must be able to deal professionally with members of society and prevent cyberattacks.
More than 30 entities joined the second batch of the initiative by nominating women in a variety of fields, supporting efforts to achieve the initiative’s goals with the aim of spreading a cybersecurity culture in UAE society in line with digital transformation in all sectors. Through this initiative, the General Women’s Union hopes to position the UAE as a leader in empowering women in the field of cybersecurity with the help and cooperation of strategic partners.
As per Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak’s directions, the General Women’s Union intends to broaden the initiative’s geographical reach to encompass Arab nations, thereby providing help to women in the United Arab Emirates and beyond. She is a trailblazer in the field of humanitarian work.
