Sharjah: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) has conducted a training program to enhance the skills of employees working in the leadership and supervisory fields in various government departments, entities, and institutions.
The program was organized with the aim of consolidating practical knowledge and skills on the latest concepts of the future, especially smart and digital transformation, as well as UAE-adopted performance indicators. The event included exercises, panel discussions, and demonstrations of various training videos.
The program dealt with the administrative and technical aspects by analyzing the concept of standards and methodologies for manufacturing, managing, and leading exceptional smart transformation as well as their applications in various government entities. These were aimed at enabling employees to build their institutions according to the latest standards of excellence and to provide digital services to customers according to the highest levels of quality of performance and quality of life.

The program provided the participants with the foundations of the concepts of leadership, change-making and future smart transformation in institutions, their role in building and distinguishing institutions in the government sector, managing future change, and the accompanying aspects of radical transformation factors in work tools, as well as how to face potential challenges.
The attendees were trained on how to create a smart environment that adapts to all the possibilities of accelerating changes as well as to discuss the legality of the results and the legal implications of the aspects resulting from the transformation.
