Sharjah: The Deputy Ruler, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed, attended the UoS Alumni Association ceremony, honoring graduates and launching a new Media Club.
The event, themed ‘Our Graduates, Our Pride’, featured speeches, presentations, and a celebratory dinner. Sheikh Sultan inaugurated the Media Club, aimed at connecting graduates with the university and fostering collaboration.

‘Our 45,000 graduates create impact across the Arab world’, said Dr. Hanadi Obaid Al Suwaidi, Association Chairperson. She highlighted the association’s expansion and support for new graduates, emphasizing continued learning and professional development.
Dr. Nawal Asker Al Naqbi, Media Club Director, explained the initiative’s collaboration with the College of Communication. ‘We offer a platform for exchanging experiences, opportunities, and honing media skills’, she said, inviting graduates to join.
The University of Sharjah (UoS) Alumni Association ceremony concluded with a dinner, solidifying the university’s commitment to its alumni community and its continued growth.
