Dubai: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Axios International, a healthcare access company, to implement a series of health awareness and training programs in Dubai.
Through this collaboration, the DHA intends to strengthen its efforts in ensuring health security within the community. This includes early detection of communicable and non-communicable diseases, developing suitable treatment programs to prevent complications, and raising awareness through health education initiatives.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Ramadan Ibrahim Al Blooshi, Director of the Public Health Protection Department at the DHA, and Dr. Anas Nofal, Managing Partner at Axios International. Dr. Al Blooshi emphasized the significance of this memorandum, highlighting the Authority’s commitment to developing and implementing public health programs. The goal is to monitor the health status of the population, protect community members from diseases and health risks, and contribute to improving the overall quality of life and well-being.
Dr. Nofal expressed the company’s dedication to enhancing public health in the community through health awareness initiatives. Axios International aims to implement innovative and sustainable access programs that provide healthcare services. They will also conduct awareness campaigns targeting different segments of society.
