Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Pension Fund has formed a partnership with Burjeel Holdings, a prominent healthcare services provider in the MENA region. The aim of the partnership is to offer assistance and top-level medical care to retirees who are registered with the fund.
Under this collaboration, Burjeel Holdings will introduce an innovative personalised health program that caters to the diverse healthcare needs of Abu Dhabi Pension Fund members based on their age groups.
The agreement was officially signed by Mr. Khalaf Abdullah Rahma Al Hammadi, the Director General of Pension Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, and Mr. John Sunil, the CEO of Burjeel Holdings. As part of the agreement, Burjeel Holdings will appoint a dedicated health manager to specifically address the needs of the fund’s members.

The primary objective of this partnership is to enhance cooperation between the two parties. It aligns with Burjeel Holdings’ mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to the community and the fund’s goal of expanding and providing social benefits to its pensioners.
Mr. Al Hammadi shared that “the MoU is based on the desire of the fund to support and offer additional benefits to the pensioners. Through this collaboration, we will be able to provide access to high-level healthcare services, especially to retired senior citizens, in line with their needs. We are pleased to collaborate with Burjeel, a brand that is renowned for its excellence in healthcare.”

Mr. Sunil commented that “we are proud to partner with the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and look forward to welcoming pensioners and beneficiaries to our hospital. Such collaborations underline our commitment to offering world-class healthcare services to the community. This partnership will also help us in our mission of increasing awareness through the prevention and early diagnosis of diseases.”
The program offers a range of benefits to members, including personalised health assessments, privileged services, access to expert second opinions, guidance from certified health professionals, on-demand home care, monthly health screenings, and various additional services to support overall well-being. As part of the initiative, the healthcare provider will create customised health management plans and establish experience centres for the members.
