Abu Dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology has released a prognosis for the upcoming week, which runs from March 4 to March 6, following last week’s severe rains and unfavorable weather.
The NCM alerts locals about the impending weather across the nation. A surface low-pressure system that is expected to extend from the Southwest and be “accompanied by a cold air mass from the West in the upper air with a flow of clouds” is expected to have an impact on the UAE, according to the authorities.
The cloud cover will increase from the west starting in the afternoon of March 4. On Monday and Tuesday, some of these clouds will be convective, bringing with them lightning and thunder as well as varied degrees of rainfall.
Wednesday is expected to see less rain as the cloud cover gradually lifts. The south will see a drop in temperature. There was a chill in the air and cold weather as the weekend arrived for the locals. Rainstorms pounded the Gulf nation during the past week, but the country has had nice weather.
