Dubai: Master developer Expo City Dubai has launched the second phase of its Shamsa Townhouses project in Expo Valley, with a limited number of units following the sell-out of the first phase. Due to its global appeal, the project has seen interest from both investors and owners around the world.
Mangrove Residences, the first of three clusters of apartment buildings that make up Expo Central, is also selling fast, with two more clusters, Sidr Residences and Sky Residences, coming soon.
