Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bayt.com. It is the leading job search and recruitment platform in the region.
The MoU is mainly focused on retaining exceptional, talented, and skilled international professionals in the UAE job market. The MoU was signed by Mr. Khalil Al Khoori, Undersecretary of the UAE MoHRE for Human Resources Affairs, and Mr. Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com.
The signing is part of a shared vision of consolidating public-private partnerships, benefiting from joint resources and expertise, and enhancing contribution to economic development through creating new and innovative solutions for the labour market.
The MoU reflects the Ministry’s focus on collaborating with the private sector, to improve the effectiveness of its services provided to employers in the local market, enabling them to achieve the highest levels of efficiency in managing their businesses and projects.
Mr. Al Khoori, stated.
Mr. Rabea Ataya focused on the importance of collaboration and partnership in enhancing the UAE’s economic leadership position in all areas of development, which in turn “will lead to the best growth rates for different industries and sectors.”

The UAE MoHRE is a regulator of the labour market. Its vision is to empower Emiratis and attract talents from around the world. The MoHRE is in preparation for a new phase of development that revolves around a knowledge-based economy, in line with the UAE’s vision and goals for the year 2071, as per the statement.
