Abu Dhabi: The second edition of the Trends International Education Conference will be held on 6th March under the theme, “Education and Identity in the Digital Age: Proposed Strategies for Preserving Identity and Shaping Youth Behaviors.”
Two primary sessions of the conference, which will take place at the Trends Research and Advisory headquarters in Abu Dhabi, will emphasize the significance of reading and education in forming a country’s identity. The conference is being hosted in conjunction with the National Month of Reading.
“Education and Identity in a Changing World: Challenges and Risks” is the topic of the first, while “Education and Identity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Revolution” is the subject of the second.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of the Trends Research and Advisory, said that the conference is an important scientific, cultural and educational event that translates the national strategy for purposeful reading into social activities that consolidate the culture of science and knowledge.
The CEO explained that reading develops the skills and abilities of young people, strengthens their language, and preserves their cultural values and national identity. Dr. Al-Ali also underscored the critical role of reading in the educational process and research, reiterating the need for innovative methods to promote reading as a means of personal development and knowledge acquisition.
