Dubai: The Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF), a pioneer in the area of banking and finance education, has announced the creation of the “Ethraa Alumni Association (EAA)” during the Ramadan Networking Event to promote a sense of community among its alumni.
The primary goal of the Ethraa Alumni Association is to create an EIF community so that the alumni may keep developing, learning, and expanding their knowledge in the banking and finance industries. Graduates of the EAA will have access to job listings, resume seminars, and mentoring programs offered by EIF, which will help them further their careers.
Alumni Ambassadors, who will oversee the organization’s virtual and live events such as panel discussions, guest lectures, and fundraising activities, will lead the Ethraa Alumni Association. In order to keep graduates informed about the rapidly changing financial business, EIF also plans to hold webinars, workshops, and seminars covering trends, practices, and new subjects.
An annual alumni reunion will be held by the EAA, and graduates will receive special privileges from the organization such as complete access to campus amenities, invitations to private events, and promotions in various businesses around the United Arab Emirates.
Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of the Emirates Institute of Finance, said that, “At EIF, we recognize that Ethraa alumni are key factors to our legacy and success. Through the launch of the EAA, we aim to maintain the bond among the alumni and follow the vision of our wise leadership that the youth play an invaluable role in the development of the country’s economy. We hope through the alumni association, the graduates will act as EIF’s ambassadors, proud of the milestone they achieved.”
EIF has been a mainstay in the Middle East, the Gulf, and the UAE because of its dedication to provide top-notch education and training for the banking and financial sector. It has taught almost 300,000 banking professionals in the last 40 years, and thousands of them have benefited from faster career growth in the banking and financial services industries.
