These figures demonstrate how well-liked and useful the ADJD Auction App is becoming as a remote platform for purchasing and selling a variety of goods.
The Judicial Department’s Undersecretary, Counselor Yousef Saeed Alabri, claimed that the smart Auction App had completely changed how judicial cases’ seized property was bid on.
“This aligns perfectly with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, for a more accomplished justice system, contributing to Abu Dhabi’s global competitiveness,” he added.
Alabri clarified that the Auction App offers unique options to bid remotely and complete the procedures through simple steps in accordance with the specified legal controls. It also makes it easy for bidders inside and outside of the UAE to sign up and deposit funds, as well as access details of the property seized in enforcement cases, such as real estate, vehicles, distinctive car number plates, and various movables.
Under the guidance of professionals from the Judicial Department, the APP ensures impartiality, openness, and neutrality throughout the process, safeguarding the interests of all concerned parties.
