Abu Dhabi: The second edition of the Industrialists Career Exhibition opened today, led by key figures including Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and Ghanam Butti Al Mazrouei, Secretary General of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis).
Organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre), Nafis, and ADNOC Group, the event runs from April 21 to 23, from 9 AM to 4 PM.

This year’s exhibition focuses on empowering Emirati talent to enter the private sector, offering over 800 jobs and numerous training opportunities across more than 80 companies in the industrial, technological, and service sectors. Notably, this edition introduces 150 new positions specifically designed for people of determination.
The event also highlights the benefits of the National In-Country Value (ICV) Programme, which aims to localize supply chains and boost Emiratization in line with the UAE’s National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, Operation 300bn, and other strategic initiatives.

The exhibition builds on the success of its inaugural event in October 2023, which attracted 3,000 Emiratis and facilitated direct recruitment and training opportunities with 73 participating companies.
