Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has launched the ADAA Smart application with several features, including access to the Wajib platform.
The app allows people to report financial or administrative mismanagement of public funds and resources, as well as help prevent it from happening in the future.
The launch further focuses on encouraging a sense of shared responsibility and promoting a culture of awareness about preserving public resources in Abu Dhabi.

The digital platforms from ADAA are developed based on international quality and information security standards, as well as effectively utilising the latest artificial intelligence technologies.
In addition, the app offers user confidentiality and privacy, promoting the value of accountability as well as improving the integrity of awareness among government employees and individuals.
The ADAA Smart app can be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple Store, allowing all community members to access ADAA’s initiatives and platforms with ease, including the Wajib Platform, statutory auditors’ services, and the financial disclosure platform for senior government employees.

The authority’s vision and mandate to safeguard public funds are reflected in the digital transformation process, and the creation of the ADAA Smart app is in line with the main themes of Abu Dhabi’s digitalization agenda.
This includes how to utilise and benefit from digital channels, government solutions that support joint digital transformation initiatives between government entities in Abu Dhabi, and the use of artificial intelligence systems.
The app further strengthens the emirate’s proactive role across many areas, including achieving high levels of integrity and transparency.
