“These transformations, directed by Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, have prompted us to enhance our security agenda with strategies and visions that align with these changes. Thus, we launched an advanced security system called ‘Policing 5.0’ during the third edition of the summit. This system relies on advanced technical enablers and systems to enhance security, provide flexible and innovative smart services to the public, and achieve welfare, stability, and quality of life,” he said.
Al Obaidly emphasized that bringing together police chiefs, law enforcement agencies, and specialized specialists from the security and policing sectors with professionals from other related professions to debate, work together, and share experiences forms the foundation of the World Police Summit.
In the end, this should result in safer communities by integrating activities and objectives. He pointed out that the new system plans for and imagines how international security and police would develop. They hope to shape the future of law enforcement through the next summit by identifying the technical advancements that the security sector has to make to accomplish strategic objectives and implement long-term, high-quality practices.
