Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has partnered with Trukker Technologies to introduce a digital platform. It aims to enhance commercial transportation services in Dubai, offering options for individuals and businesses, including trucks for transporting furniture and goods.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Authority by Abdullah Yousef Al Ali, CEO of the Licensing Agency, and on behalf of Trukker Technologies by Gaurav Biswas, Founder and CEO of the company, in the presence of several department and section managers and employees from both parties.

In detail, Abdullah Yousef Al Ali said that, “The Authority is always keen to improve the level of its services provided to its customers, individuals and institutions. We seek to implement this initiative by the highest international standards based on the principle of developing and improving a network and systems of smart and sustainable solutions for commercial transportation for individuals and companies by providing advanced and easy services. For customers from various segments of society in partnership with the private sector.”

“Through this platform, we aim to raise the level of services provided in the commercial transport sector, as the platform links customers with commercial transport service providers. Through it, customers, whether individuals, companies or institutions in the Emirate of Dubai, can book the appropriate commercial vehicle for commercial transport purposes through the platform, so that they are directly linked to service providers officially registered with the Authority. This initiative also comes in line with the strategic objectives of the Authority, which aim to enhance partnership with the private sector. We are pleased to sign this agreement with Trukker Technologies, as part of our keenness to expand and consolidate cooperation with the private sector,” Al Ali added.
