Dubai: Expo 2020 Dubai Museum will open to the public, according to a statement from Expo City Dubai, on May 18, 2024, International Museum Day.
In celebration, Expo City is providing a 50 percent discount on all other attractions, including Alif, Terra, the Women’s and Vision Pavilions, and Garden in the Sky. The museum covers everything from Expo 2020’s conception and bid, masterplan design and site construction, the challenges of the pandemic and postponement, through to the historic opening ceremony and six-month event.
First, it looks briefly at the UAE’s first attempt at participating in a world expo in the 1970s. In addition to honoring the effects and enduring legacy of the World Expo, it also celebrates the scope, spectacle, and significance of Expo 2020.

An alternative is to purchase a combined ticket, which costs AED 50 ($13) for those over 12, AED 40 ($10) for kids aged 4 to 11, and free for those under 3. This ticket allows access to both the Expo 2020 Museum and all three of the Stories of Nations displays.
