During the meeting, Sheikh Khaled examined ADNOC’s domestic growth initiatives, including its unconventional exploration program, aimed at ensuring long-term value creation and energy protection for the UAE. ADNOC’s continued expansion is strengthening local value chains and driving economic and industrial growth.

The Crown Prince also highlighted the significance of the forthcoming Make it in the Emirates forum in May 2025, which will serve as a platform for investors and businesses to explore possibilities in the UAE’s expanding industrial sector. ADNOC continues to foster local manufacturing growth through its In-Country Value program, enhancing domestic production and supply chains.
Further discussions focused on ADNOC’s efforts to designate its workforce, strengthen community ties, and reinforce UAE National Identity in alignment with the Year of Community initiative. Sheikh Khaled underscored the significance of cultivating a positive and sustainable work environment to sustain national talent and advance the country’s development goals.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and ADNOC Managing Director and Group CEO; Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Managing Director and Group CEO of Mubadala Investment Company; and Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance.
