Dubai: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has once again been recognized as the world’s leading utility in corporate agility, securing the top position for the second consecutive year, according to the Business Agility Institute (BAI).
The global non-profit organization, which assesses corporate agility, maturity, and resilience, cited DEWA’s innovative approaches and robust operational strategies as key factors in its ranking. In addition to its global recognition, DEWA was also named Dubai’s foremost government entity in institutional agility, underscoring its capacity to effectively adopt and implement agile methodologies across its operations. The assessment by BAI involved a comprehensive evaluation process, including in-depth interviews with DEWA’s senior management and opinion surveys across various employee levels.
