Ajman: The Ajman Police General Command has achieved a remarkable global milestone by securing first place worldwide in the Global Benchmarking Award 2025, organized by the Center for Organizational Excellence Research (COER) in New Zealand.
The prestigious award acknowledges Ajman Police’s leadership in adopting benchmarking systems and international best practices aimed at fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational excellence.
Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, received the award from Dr. Robin Mann, Director of COER, during a ceremony attended by senior officers and representatives from international organizations.
Colonel Saif Abdullah Al Falasi, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, said the award is a testament to Ajman Police’s commitment to building an integrated institutional framework grounded in continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance excellence.
Al Falasi emphasized that Ajman Police has emerged as a global role model in institutional performance, excellence, and sustainability, reflecting the dedication and teamwork of all departments. Al Falasi expressed appreciation to Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, for his guidance and support, noting that the honor reinforces the Command’s vision of achieving institutional excellence and global leadership in alignment with the UAE Vision 2031, the Ajman Government’s strategy, and the Ministry of Interior’s directives.
