Dubai: Dubai Active 2025 has announced its return as the Middle East’s biggest health, fitness, and wellness event, set to take place from October 24th to 26th at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City.
In the lead-up to Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) and held in partnership with DFC, this ninth edition of the three-day festival will bring together 40,000 fitness enthusiasts for an unmissable weekend of back-to-back workouts, competitive challenges, and community‑driven experiences – with opportunities to meet some of the world’s most renowned trainers and fitness icons.
Headlining this year’s program are Kayla Itsines, the Australian trainer whose fitness programs have transformed millions worldwide; Leana Deeb, the Gen Z creator redefining fitness for a new generation; and James Smith, bestselling author and one of the world’s most in‑demand personal coaches, who will host an exclusive masterclass as part of a separately ticketed event. They will be joined by Bradley Simmonds, known for his high‑intensity training, and Diren Kartal, a UK‑based performance coach blending mindset and movement.

More than 400 leading brands, including Neutonic, lululemon, MyProtein, The Beemine Lab, Going All In, and many more will take over 35,000 sqm of interactive space displaying the latest innovations in apparel, nutrition, supplements, hydration, recovery, and wellness tech. Visitors can also look forward to exclusive show-only giveaways and discounts across hundreds of participating brands.
James Smith will be hosting a separately ticketed Business Mentorship session, an expert‑led platform designed for coaches, trainers, and entrepreneurs to scale their ventures and grow their presence online, alongside an expanded schools initiative in partnership with DFC, offering students aged 15-18 years across the UAE free access to the show.
Across three-action packed days, health and wellness enthusiasts can explore the Active Arena, the epicentre for workouts led by headline talents and masterclasses; the Going All In Fitness Stage, hosting high-energy group workouts; the Yoga & Pilates Studio, offering restorative movement and mindfulness experiences; and Dubai Active Talks, a dedicated platform for experts to share insights on the latest health and wellness trends. Together, these spaces will create an immersive fitness experience designed for everyone, from seasoned athletes to first‑time challengers.
The HYROX 365 powered by GymNation returns, bringing a high-octane benchmark workout that combines running with functional training to test strength, endurance, and mental resilience. The Future Champions Combat Arena, in collaboration with Team Nogueira, will also spotlight rising combat sports talent.
