Dubai: With the new work week system coming into effect with the dawn of the New Year, state-owned utility service provider Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has unveiled new operational timing for its Customer Happiness Centres.
NEW WORK WEEK
DEWA Happiness Centres will not be operational from Monday to Friday.
DEWA HQ AND AL QUOZ CENTRES
DEWA’s Customer Happiness Centres operated at its Headquarters and at Al Quoz will remain operational from 7.30 AM to 3.00 PM throughout Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, both centres will be open only from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
BURJ NAHAR AND AL TWAR CENTRES
DEWA Customer Happiness Centres at Burj Nahar Centre and DEWA’s Centre in Al Twar (Dubai Municipality) will remain open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. Both centres will be open only from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays.
The Future Customers Happiness Centre at Ibn Battuta Mall will remain open as per the Mall’s working hours throughout the week.

All DEWA Service are available on its customer’s fingertips through the DEWA Smart App and Website
DEWA users can also use its 24×7 Customer Care Centre available on 04-6019999 (IVR).

- Rammas, DEWA’s Virtual Employee, available on demand through its verified WhatsApp account.
- Hayak, for Text and Video call interactions.
- Ash’ir, for live video chats using sign language for People of Determination with hearing difficulties.
