Dubai: UAE Visa Amnesty initiative, starting September 1, includes a 24/7 amnesty call center and 86 Amer centers across Dubai to provide necessary assistance.
Authorities have announced that individuals eligible for the amnesty can contact the dedicated hotline at 800 5111, available 24/7, or visit any of the 86 Amer Centers in Dubai for support.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has emphasized that these centers are fully equipped to handle all necessary services for those wishing to regularize their status or exit the country without facing entry bans.
For those needing to change their visa status, the GDRFA center in Al Aweer is available to assist, with extended services in place until October 30. Amer Centers will manage all services for individuals wishing to remain in the UAE, including issuing exit permits for those with biometric data (such as Emirates ID holders).
The government strongly advises individuals to seek information only from official centers to avoid complications. Engaging with unauthorized entities or individuals offering assistance could lead to further difficulties.
Take advantage of this opportunity by accessing the reliable resources the UAE government provides, ensuring a smooth and secure process.
