Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has honored Andrei Luchenok, Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the UAE, with the First-Class Medal of Independence. This prestigious award marks the conclusion of Luchenok’s tenure as ambassador.
Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, presented the medal to Ambassador Luchenok during a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, Al Hashimy emphasized the UAE’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with Belarus across various sectors. She also extended her best wishes to Luchenok for his future endeavors and praised his significant role in enhancing bilateral relations during his service.
In response, Ambassador Luchenok expressed his deep appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the honor. He also acknowledged the advancements made in the relationship between Belarus and the UAE and expressed his gratitude to all UAE entities for their cooperation, which greatly contributed to the success of his diplomatic mission.
