Abu Dhabi: The TRENDS Centre for Research and Advisory is set to make its premiere during the Paris Book Fair 2024 by going on a study trip around France from April 10th to 17th.
The Center’s virtual office “TRENDS Paris” will be the first in Europe and the fifth worldwide, acting as a crucial information center on the continent and strengthening its presence abroad.
Co-authored by scholars from the University of Montreal and the TRENDS Center, TRENDS will launch its first book in the French language. It will also feature several titles, some of which have been translated into fifteen languages, from its vast body of academic papers.
A symposium on Gulf-European relations is among the interesting interaction sessions and debates that will take place at the Center’s pavilion.
In addition to participating in the Paris Book Fair, the group will actively network with prominent research centers and intellectual institutions in Paris.
To promote conversation on current topics and idea sharing, the media delegation will distill the core of the event and broadcast it across TRENDS platforms. Additionally, they will produce three podcast episodes featuring international experts.
TRENDS Research & Advisory analyzes opportunities and challenges at geopolitical, economic, and cognitive levels. The Center conducts research and engages in a constant endeavor to find scientific and objective answers to global trends in a way that enhances the understanding of all its dimensions. TRENDS seeks to comprehend the impact of the issues facing the world, taking into account the different aspects of analyses and following the international standards set for scientific research.
