Dubai: High-end medical fitness company Smart Salem, a part of TECOM Group PJSC, inaugurated its first-ever dedicated facility at Dubai Knowledge Park. The facility will work to provide residents with the quickest medical fitness results in Dubai in addition to a full range of visa processing services.
The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Dr. Amer Ahmad Sharif, CEO of Dubai Academic Health Corporation and President of Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, in the presence of Dr. Marwan Al Mulla, CEO of Health Regulation at the DHA, Mr. Sanjay Verma, Chief Executive Officer of Smart Salem, and several officials.

Dr. Al Mulla stated.
“The expansion of Smart Salem centres across the geographical areas of Dubai, further enhances the provision of excellent, technology-driven, proactive and convenient services to ensure customer happiness,” Dr. A Mulla added.
The newest Smart Salem Center intends to provide medical fitness outcomes within 30 minutes by utilising cutting-edge technology to increase productivity and the customer experience. Five private blood collection rooms, two x-ray rooms, a cutting-edge on-site laboratory, and six sophisticated check-in kiosks are all available at the medical fitness and visa processing centre.
Up to 500 consumers can be served daily at the 8,000-square-foot facility. The entire journey is digitally enabled, from “Salem” the resident robot’s greeting through a digital kiosk that verifies consumer information. To ensure a hassle-free experience, Customer Happiness Officers will accompany consumers during their visit in addition to a digital queue system. For a quick, paperless interchange of medical test results and medical record information, Smart Salem is also integrated with the systems of the Dubai Academic Health Corporation (DAHC) and the Dubai Government.
