The newest Smart Salem Center intends to provide medical fitness outcomes within 30 minutes by utilising cutting-edge technology to increase productivity and the customer experience. Five private blood collection rooms, two x-ray rooms, a cutting-edge on-site laboratory, and six sophisticated check-in kiosks are all available at the medical fitness and visa processing centre.
Up to 500 consumers can be served daily at the 8,000-square-foot facility. The entire journey is digitally enabled, from “Salem” the resident robot’s greeting through a digital kiosk that verifies consumer information. To ensure a hassle-free experience, Customer Happiness Officers will accompany consumers during their visit in addition to a digital queue system. For a quick, paperless interchange of medical test results and medical record information, Smart Salem is also integrated with the systems of the Dubai Academic Health Corporation (DAHC) and the Dubai Government.
