Sharjah: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in partnership with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), has announced the largest-ever edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition – ACRES 2025.
The event, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, will run from 22nd to 25th January at Expo Centre Sharjah. This year’s exhibition features a record-breaking participation of over 110 exhibitors, including leading real estate developers and first-time participants from the UAE and the region.
The event will span 10,000 square meters and showcase innovative residential, commercial, and industrial projects, land parcels and hospitality developments. At the announcement press conference, Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, highlighted ACRES’ role as a strategic platform for real estate development.
Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi stated that, “The exhibition underscores Sharjah’s position as a leading investment destination, with this year celebrating the largest edition since its inception.” Al Awadi also spotlighted Sharjah’s real estate growth, noting a 35.6 percent increase in commerce volume during the first half of 2024, valued at $4.95 billion (AED 18.2 billion).
The event will feature premier discounts and special deals, alongside panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions. These sessions, available in both Arabic and English, will shield the latest regulations and best practices in real estate investment.
Key sponsors of ACRES 2025 possess Alef Group as a Platinum Sponsor, IFA Hotels and Resorts as a Gold Sponsor, and Al Thuriah Group as a Silver Sponsor. Alef Group intends to spotlight projects such as Hayyan, Al Mamsha, and Olfah, while Al Thuriah Group will reveal new freehold ownership units.
For the second year, the Egyptian Real Estate Pavilion will return, showcasing prime projects from New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, North Coast, and more. Nawaf Obeid, CEO of ACRES, explained the exhibition as a cornerstone for real estate investment. Nawaf Obeid stated that, “This platform shapes the destiny of the real estate sector by encouraging sustainable and smart projects.”
With reduced transaction fees for sales made during the exhibition, ACRES 2025 is expected to draw strong investor participation and drive further growth in Sharjah’s thriving real estate market.
