Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed five platinum-level sponsorship agreements for the upcoming UITP Global Public Transport Summit 2026, reinforcing Dubai’s commitment to global leadership in sustainable mobility.
The agreements have been signed in the presence of His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, and Mohamed Mezghani, Secretary General of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).
The partnerships have been concluded with Al Naboodah Group, Dubai Taxi Company, Keolis Group, United Motors & Heavy Equipment Company, and RATP Group. Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of the Public Transport Agency at RTA, signed the agreements on behalf of RTA, alongside senior executives from the respective sponsoring firms.
Bahrozyan stated that, “We are extremely pleased to welcome this distinguished group of companies and institutions operating in the UAE as platinum sponsors of the UITP Global Public Transport Summit 2026.”

“Their participation strengthens the partnership between the public and private sectors and supports the vision and directives of our wise leadership in this field,” the CEO added.
