Dubai: Leading luxury watch and eyewear retailer from Dubai, Rivoli Group has introduced Rivoli Vision, a dedicated section for its eyewear business, in order to offer the highest quality in vision care to its GCC customers.
According to the company, it has taken this step to ensure that its vision care expansion ambitions are managed in a way that ensures the continuity of world-class service.
Mr. Ramesh Prabhakar, Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of the Rivoli Group said, ‘The launch of Rivoli Vision has come about as a natural evolution given our domain knowledge in the eyewear distribution arena acquired over the past 20 years with international manufacturers – Marcolin and Kering eyewear group – and our desire to be the leading vision care provider in the region. As a customer-centric business, we aim to provide vision care solutions across all nationalities and age groups, which we are confident of achieving through a combination of our superior eyewear and vision care strategic alliances and partnerships, as well as the expertise and customer service associated with the Rivoli Group.’
As per the statement, the Group currently provides this experience to its customers at the retail level using a segmented approach that recognizes the needs of the discerning GCC customer. Rivoli operates three retail eyewear concepts, namely, Avanti, Rivoli Eyezone, and Style 88, which will now be collectively managed under Rivoli Vision.
Additionally, Rivoli Vision will also preside over a specialized training facility called the ‘Rivoli Vision Academy’, which will train the group’s optometrists following international standards.
‘Today the eyewear business of the Group has expanded to 75 stores across the four key markets of the GCC; UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, which has been achieved over the last 18 months, and this number is only set to grow with Rivoli Vision expecting 100 stores to be opened by early 2022 across its three eyewear retail concepts,’ Mr. Subbaiah, Director of Rivoli Vision commented.
