Abu Dhabi: PureHealth has announced a strategic partnership with Dorchester Collection Academy, the learning and development division of the renowned luxury hotel group, to redefine patient experience by merging world-class healthcare and hospitality excellence.
As a first-of-its-kind initiative in the region, the collaboration aims to position the UAE as a global leader in patient-centered innovation. The partnership introduces the PureHealth Signature Patient Experience framework, designed to combine clinical excellence with personalized service across every stage of care.
Drawing on Dorchester Collection Academy’s extensive expertise in luxury experience delivery, PureHealth will empower its teams to deliver medical care that is compassionate, seamless, and emotionally intelligent, building comfort and trust from admission to recovery.

The first phase of the partnership begins with a leadership development program led by Dorchester Collection Academy. This initiative brings together senior PureHealth executives, including Chief Patient Officers and Directors of Patient Experience, to strengthen empathetic communication and promote emotional intelligence across the organization.
The training insights will extend to over 400 employees, ensuring consistent, hospitality-driven service across PureHealth’s network.
