Abu Dhabi: Mubadala Health and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (ADPF) has signed a partnership agreement to offer unique healthcare services to pensioners registered with ADPF. A pensioner personal health program will be implemented as a result of the agreement. All new pensioners will be registered in the scheme right away.
The agreement will improve cooperation between the two parties in keeping with Mubadala Health’s goal of achieving the best standards of health and quality of life for the Abu Dhabi community. The deal will also increase the scope of social benefits available to pensioners.
As part of the agreement, Mubadala Health’s network of healthcare facilities will provide healthcare services to pensioners through the newly launched “Health is Wealth” program. The first level is designed to encourage pensioners under the age of 60 to receive early screening, prevention, and treatment of chronic diseases, with a particular emphasis on adopting healthy habits and lifestyles to prevent and mitigate common conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cancer. The second level will focus on healthy ageing for pensioners older than 60 through the management and prevention of age-related degenerative disorders, such as general exhaustion, physical weakness, cardiovascular illness, and cognitive impairment.
Under the terms of this agreement, the personal health program will provide all pensioners with comprehensive annual check-ups at Mubadala Health’s healthcare facilities, as well as treatments and follow-ups. All pensioners and ADPF employees will have access to exclusive deals and discounts on multi-speciality health check-ups, other paid services, and virtual and in-person healthcare events through this program.
Pensioners can book appointments with Mubadala Health’s network exclusively and take advantage of the personal health program through the toll-free number. This includes Amana Healthcare, Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC), Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC), Healthpoint, Danat Al Emarat, HealthPlus Network of Specialty Centers, and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi.
