Al Saleh remarked that, “We are continuously developing our services and innovative digital initiatives to support the nation’s goal of achieving zero government bureaucracy. The National Economic Register, ‘Growth,’ is one of our latest initiatives. The Ministry currently offers 75 digital services to customers securely and efficiently, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the Ministry’s headquarters for transactions or document submissions. These initiatives contribute to the UAE’s vision of establishing the most advanced government services system and providing top-tier services globally, aligning with the objectives of ‘We the UAE Vision 2031.’”
National Economic Registry – ‘Growth’
The Ministry highlighted the National Economic Register platform titled ‘Growth,’ which serves as the largest unified and reliable database containing information on business licenses for all companies operating in the UAE. This platform standardizes the procedures and requirements for establishing businesses and conducting economic activities through a single national digital portal.
Users can search for information related to business licenses across more than 2,000 economic activities in all seven emirates and view available investment opportunities in various economic sectors.
The ‘Growth’ platform currently connects over 46 entities in the UAE and incorporates the national identity of the unified economic number (ERN).
Digital Intellectual Property System
Another noteworthy service showcased at the Ministry’s booth is the digital system for intellectual property services, developed using the latest artificial intelligence solutions.
The system offers services for registering patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial models, and intellectual property rights, as well as certificates of benefit. It also enables users to register an industrial property agent and transfer trademark ownership. The Ministry underscored the importance of these services in stimulating creativity and innovation, thereby fostering the growth of intellectual property activities within the UAE.
