Dubai: Jumeirah Group, a luxury hospitality company and member of Dubai Holding, has celebrated the first nineteen graduates from its “Kafaát” training program, which is dedicated to developing the next generation of Emirati talent for careers in the hospitality industry.
The tailor-made five-week training program, launched in collaboration with the Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), NAFIS, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, was developed to nurture Emirati talent aspiring for a future in the country’s hospitality market.
The exclusive training course seeks to promote and accelerate UAE national development initiatives within Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts by providing locals with the necessary means to improve their knowledge while also paving the path for a progressive future with the hospitality company.

Ms. Muneera Al Taher, Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Emiratization at Jumeirah Group, shared that “as a homegrown luxury hospitality group, we are committed to fostering Emirati talent and are proud to offer our full support in enticing more Emiratis to consider this dynamic field for their career development, in line with the UAE Tourism Strategy 2031.”
