Dubai: The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has launched the UAE Pass-based e-signature system in collaboration with the UAE Pass which will be used by federal government agencies and ministries.
Ms. Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, acting director-general of the federal authority for government human resources, commented on the service’s launch by stating that all ministries and federal government entities can now start implementing the e-signature feature for all procedures in Bayanati, the federal government’s human resources information management system.

Ms. Al Suwaidi urged all stakeholders and staff members at federal government entities to take advantage of this new feature and activate their UAE Pass to make such procedures simpler. The director-general further noted that this project exemplifies the authority’s keenness to develop the federal government work ecosystem and streamline procedures in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership of the UAE to digitise government services and adopt smart systems.
The director-general expressed her gratitude for the contributions of strategic partners who made this initiative successful, such as the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, Dubai Digital Authority, and Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
