Prague (Czech Republic Capital): Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Arabian Horse Society (EAHS), the Czech Republic hosted the 9th Show of the Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup (EAHGC) for the 2024 season.
The event, held in conjunction with the Prague Intercup – International Arabian Horse Show 2024, featured 55 horses from 31 owners across the Czech Republic and other EU countries. This show is the third leg of the EAHGC in Europe, following the French and Danish shows.
EAHS Director General Mohamed Al Harbi attended the event and crowned the winners. In the Senior Stallions Championship, Paris of Polia Arabians won the gold medal, Petrus PA of PPH Parys took silver, and Nico De Napoli of Sarka Nemeckova earned bronze.
In the Junior Fillies Championship, Espajlita M won the gold medal for owner Piotr Podgorny, Kataryna AO secured silver for owner Adam Ochman, and Psyche Roksana took bronze for Stadnina Koni Chrcynno.
The Junior Colts Championship saw Monarchio, owned by Bogdan Maslanka, win the gold medal. KA Messi, owned by Pavel Kanka, took silver, and Jamaal AQ, owned by Eliska Bernardova, earned bronze.
Finally, the Senior Mares Championship was won by Binduga for Suweco CZ and Nina Suskevicova, with Persia Touch SW winning silver for the same owner, and Parisana PA taking bronze for PPH Parys.
This championship in the Czech Republic is the 9th and penultimate show of the 1st edition of the Emirates Arabian Horse Global Cup, with the finale set to take place on September 20-21 in Damascus, Syria.
The EAHGC includes 10 championships held across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas, with cash prizes awarded to the top five winners in each round.
